Hire Dynamics is Hiring a Production Trainer Near Salisbury, NC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate training, and recording of training per OP.0033 Production Employee Training and Qualifications
- Coordinate with Area Leads, Supervisors and Area Managers to assist with training of identified personnel for each production line. Support cross training efforts to strengthen the work force and provide flexibility.
- Responsible to welcome trainees in their department(s) and draft their induction plan.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers and CI department with training for new/revised processes.
- Assist EHS Manager with Safety Training Events.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met, supporting continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time, lead time and reduce waste.
- Provide process and product support for Kaizen events.
- Perform product line audits on calibrated and damaged tools in the work area.
- Review and update Production and Installation area work instructions as needed.
- Assist with re-training and review of previous training.
- Verify that all training requirements are up to date in all areas by monitoring the site training matrix log.
- Train and reinforce team members on required PPE and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Provide coaching and support to Production and Installation area when they are having process or BOM related issues.
