Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Providing administrative support of Fiduciary Tax Services tax officer as well as assuming responsibility for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fiduciary tax services environment or other comparable professional environment.

-Achieving client focused service standards and complying with Bank standards and policies and federal and state laws.

-Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners. Manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly.

-Strong administrative and organization skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fiduciary tax services environment or other comparable professional environment

-Accounting, finance or law degree preferred but not required
- Able to work in multi-task environment and deliver results. Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills

- Organizational skills

-Proficient with Excel

-Customer service focused
