Working as a member of the Enterprise Applications team, you will support the end users’ use of the key home building management application Kova as well as perform application maintenance, patching and upgrades. Routinely manage incoming support requests, leveraging learned knowledge of system operations, workflows, forms, documents and end user interface to promote best practices in use and data integrity, while assisting end users through issues and operational enhancements. Manage prioritization of incoming requests to ensure those with most business impact is addressed first, while maintaining customer service focused communication and updates with the requestor while the issue or need is worked through to the user’s satisfaction. Assist in managing development, testing, and production environments, including data overwrites to ensure each environment is at the same configuration level and applicable data currency. Handle routine tasks needed in the different solutions developed and maintained by the Enterprise Applications team supporting business needs and use. What Will You Bring? Strong Customer Service Focus and excellent communication skills Advanced level computer skills Usage and experience in an ERP application; Kova/Sapphire Builder ERP a plus Proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues Conversant with home building terminology and process preferred Demonstrated experience with leading discussions to gather requirements for system enhancements and changes within cross functional teams Attention to detail in completion of processes and maintaining documentation Ability to provide quality results at a faster than average pace Effective communication and documentation skills are required Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and others throughout the organization Accomplishments that reflect teamwork, integrity, and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results in a growing organization Experience in software utilization College degree preferred This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
