Whitemore James Black is a legal search firm. We are presently assisting a top AmLaw firm on their search for a Legal Secretary to join their Washington, DC office. This role is full-time and offers a hybrid-remote work schedule. The role also offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of prior Legal Secretary experience. The Legal Secretary will support the firm by creating and proofreading legal documents. The Legal Secretary will also help submit conflicts checks and reports for new business in the group. The Legal Secretary will also interface directly with the firm's clients, so strong communication skills are needed for this role. The legal secretary will also provide additional secretarial and administrative support, including billing and calendaring.
