The Investment Operations Associate role will assist with the operational needs of our firm. Responsibilities include working with clients through the account opening process, assisting with transfer of assets, trading on the advisory and brokerage platforms, and monitoring investment accounts on an ongoing basis. The Investment Operations Associate will frequently interact with clients, and thus communication skills ability to provide a white glove service is a must.

This role will require the individual to maintain an in-depth understanding of market conditions, trends, and overall economic outlook. Associate will be expected to ensure compliance with Northwestern Mutual and industry rules regarding investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements and anti-fraud measurements.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years Experience or more
• Investment Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and 66/63
• Iowa Life an Health License needed or willingness to acquire.
