alpitronic Americas LLC is Hiring a Channel Sales Manager Near Charlotte, NC

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a channel or partner management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enable them to effectively promote and sell our products or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on channel sales performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a channel sales or partner management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Experience working with channel partners in the EV industry is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • EV industry experience is preferred.
