Accountabilities/Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage a book of business within the under 50 market.
Responds to inquiries from clients/carriers
Conduct OE meetings, health fairs, webinars
Client Facing: Employee meetings, enrollment meetings
Deliver Renewals
Participate in pre-renewal, renewal and post renewal meetings
Processes carrier new business paperwork
Be consultative and interchangeable with the agent
Update agents on client activity, issues and opportunities to develop further business
Build relationships with client contacts and provide recommendations for plan changes, claims issues and renewal options
Learn new software as needed (Benefit Point, ImageRight)
Attend educational and product seminars
Participate in special projects as required
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Licensed: Must be Life & Health Licensed (or willing to obtain license soon after hire)
Relationship DevelopmentâAbility to develop key relationships with clients critical
Software:
MS Office Suite
Benefit Point, ImageRight a plus (but can be trained).
Education/Experience:
High school diploma and 3-5 years AM experience
Insurance Industry or TPA experience
