Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Entry Level Software Engineer to join the Connected Systems Software Engineering team located in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization.
The selected candidate will be part of a growing team innovating and developing software products that enable new cabin and cargo system features to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiencies for our airline customers . You will collaborate with a group of experienced engineers and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of airborne, ground, and/or cloud hosted software products.

This position may require up to 10% travel.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
To be considered for this position you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Summary pay range for entry level: $74,800 - $101,200
