Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced franchise/quick service Manager to join our management team. The Manager may be responsible for overseeing any aspect of food service operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food service operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain dailyfood specials that meet customer preferences and drive sales
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new staff members
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Manage staff shift scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during business hours (7am-6pm)
- Desire to improve processes and efficiencies
- Willingness to lead by example and fulfill whatever role or task that is needed in that moment
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management is required
- Strong proven knowledge of exceptional customer service and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of shift management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
