Job description
We are seeking a Warehouse Foreman to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse activities and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing tires and related products.
- Supervise and assist warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock shortages or overages.
- Implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the tire industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Previous Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse management
- Experience in tire distribution would be helpful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
