Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Patient Sitter to join our healthcare team. The Patient Sitter will provide direct observation and monitoring of patients to ensure their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous observation of assigned patients
- Respond promptly to patient needs and requests

- Assist with basic patient care tasks as needed
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- First aid certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license for transportation if required
- Understanding of nursing home or assisted living facility operation
