Medical Records Administrator
Job Summary
The Medical Records Administrator is a member of the compliance team and works closely with outside entities and other team members throughout the organization. The primary duties and responsibilities of the Medical Records Administrator include the management and processing of medical record and audit requests. This role is responsible for processing of records requests received, including external payor audits, processing learner release of information requests while assuring compliance with state, federal and HIPAA regulations. The Medical Records Administrator will understand and fully support the mission, vision, and value statements of Lighthouse Autism Center.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The team member may occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
