Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our sales team in a Meeting Manager role, overseeing the execution of event detailing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day planning and details of all sales contracts including room blocks and meeting spaces.
·Assist all sales clients as the main point of contact for planning their event or hosting their group at our hotel.
·Work closely with clients to understand the needs of their meeting/event/group block.
·Create detailed Resumes and Banquet Event Orders to ensure proper communication amongst hotel team members and clients.
Skills:
·Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong computer skills and ability to work within the Salesforce system.
·Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
·Excellent communication skills to ensure the client and hotel staff understand all details of the event.
·Ability to think critically and problem solve as needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
