- Manage onboarding process for new team members and look for process improvements to shorten ramp-up time
- Align with other teams/squads on which group is working on specific areas of the network
- Promote lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements to other PMs and team members
- Determine and communicate daily assignments and priorities to team members
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly status meetings to maintain alignment within the team and across the other 3 teams
- Track common metrics to show overall progress and communicate status to executives and stakeholders
- Capture, track, and escalate issues and risks impacting team execution
- Maintain schedule showing projected timeline and progress to baseline
- 3 years of recent experience managing IT network technology, operations, and/or infrastructure projects in an enterprise environment
- Experience working with Network Engineer resources
- Strong Project Management skills highly organized, excellent communicator, good at planning and scheduling, stay on top of risks, clearly understands project objectives and critical path
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in parallel
- Experience communicating with and working with various stakeholders, IT leaders, and executives
- Demonstrates strong initiative, self-starter, and high attention to detail
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with CMDB capabilities
- Prior Wireless Telecom experience
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal direction
- Logical with good problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
