In this role, you will provide essential support for Draper's critical IT infrastructure, applications, and core services hosted on RedHat Linux systems. You will ensure continuous and optimized operation and provisioning of IT systems, focusing on product and technology areas like bare metal, cloud and virtualized hosts, base operating system, authentication and authorization, and enterprise-level systems management and monitoring. You will respond to and resolve incidents and alerts, fulfill service and change request tickets, and assist in process improvement, documentation, and automation. This role is on a team approved for partial remote, with the recognition that infrastructure issues may necessitate commuting to Cambridge, MA in advisory cases or to assist in restoration of service.
