LendingHands4U.org is seeking Direct Care Professional for Group Home Expansion in the west valley. The residential Living will operate 24-hour daily offering service that provides a safe and healthy living environment that meets the needs of daily support for member ADL’s, HAB & RB.

DCP is responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance for individuals we service in their residence and community activities.
Common Job Duties DCP duties include, yet not limited; Emphatic Caring Personality; Administer Medication & Accompany to Medical appointments; House Chores, Cook Meals, Laundry; Errands, Groceries Shopping & Community Activities; Observation / Supervision and Report any Changes; Ability to lift up to the weight of 50 pounds; Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills; Positive Behavioral Support; Habilitation Objectives with Members; Activity Daily Living Skill; Follow Service Plan & Behavioral Treatment Plan; Daily Documentation & Organization Skills; Attend Team Meeting & Required Training; and Must be 18 or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
