Ecolab is Hiring a Contract Paralegal Near Naperville, IL
*6 month contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive draft contracts for review
- Prepare draft agreements using Ecolab form contracts
- Make language changes to customer form contracts based on following Nalco Water Global customer contract policy
- Communicate changes in writing and orally to sales personnel
- Draft and review contract amendments
- Review customer bids documents and Requests for Quotations
- Assist sales teams and operations teams responding to customer questions
- Receive and respond to customer responses and/or objections to Nalco Water language changes
- Utilize automated contract management system
- Work with three paralegals to maintain contract processing in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Managed contract flow & contract processing
- Experience with commercial contract review
Education/Experience requirement:
- 1 year of contract review, paralegal certificate
