Here, you will make an impact by: Develop short and long-term talent acquisition strategies and ensure implementation Drive process, procedure, selection, assessment and policy improvements Manage teams of recruiters in the Americas, Europe and Asia Build differentiated employer brand and marketing strategies Measure and improve functions performance Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 12 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 16 years of talent acquisition experience AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Two (2 years of experience leading a global talent acquisition organization Experience designing and implementing improvements within talent acquisition Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Degree or certification in human resources or talent acquisition from an accredited institution Two (2) years of experience managing teams of recruiters in the Americas, Europe and Asia Experience managing Talent Acquisition for Global Health Care Organizations Experience leading diversity recruiting and engagements Experience implementing assessment methodologies Prior experience building or transforming a talent acquisition function Skills include… Ability to manage teams including managers or managers Strong analytical capabilities Organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities Candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation Stakeholder management including senior executives Understanding of talent acquisition technologies and implementation Continuous improvement and process optimization Understanding of global compliance requirements and labor laws Knowledge of global talent acquisition practices Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 15% domestic and international travel Relocation Assistance: No Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
