Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with people with developmental disabilities, dementia care, medical terminology, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage healthcare staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to address their healthcare needs
- Implement dementia care strategies to support patients and families
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in all healthcare interactions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Proven experience in healthcare management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and practices
- Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous
- Proficiency in dementia care practices and protocols
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and its application in healthcare settings

Pay: $37,878.62 - $45,617.26 per year
