Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Sales Manager to join our team. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling planning, organizing, and assisting in the execution of various events to ensure their success. The Event Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients and potential customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in event planning and sales management.

Duties:

· Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events at 3's Golf & Grubhouse, including corporate outings, tournaments, fundraisers, weddings, and social gatherings

· Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions to deliver what is possible and exceed their expectations

· Coordinate event logistics, including securing vendors, managing budgets, arranging transportation, coordinating catering services, and overseeing event set-up and tear-down

· Manage all aspects of event promotion and marketing, including online and offline channels, to attract participants and generate revenue

· Actively pursue sales opportunities by prospecting and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, and other potential customers

· Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information about our services to potential clients

· Collaborate with the golf course management team to ensure seamless integration of events with daily operations

· Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, event details, and client interactions

· Update and maintain the facility website’s events calendar and create in-house event collateral

· Assist with content for the facility’s social media presence including Instagram, Facebook other social platforms

· Perform all other duties as directed by the General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry

· Strong understanding of event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and event coordination

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Proficient in using event management software and other relevant tools

· Knowledge of the golf industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
