About the Floor Manager Role
The Floor Manager here at Lord Hobo Brewing will be responsible for creating a world-class experience for our guests through over the top hospitality. They will ensure guest satisfaction by holding the staff to Lord Hobo’s high standards, and interacting with as many guests as possible. The Floor Manager must be an excellent example for taproom staff by providing training/coaching, perfect service, and leading by example. The taproom environment is fast paced and high volume, so attention, organization, and efficiency are needed at all times to keep staff engaged and guests smiling. The Manager will also work closely with the Chef and kitchen staff to ensure amazing food quality, timely service, and adherence to back of house rules. This role will require dedication to details, and consistent delivery of exceptional service & products to our guests.
