The Head Diving Coach is responsible for the recruiting, growth, retention, and skill development of all participants, and competition development of team members. The Head Coach maintains communications with parents, and is responsible for session plans. Applicant must be able to encourage and relate to participants of all ages, abilities, and levels. At least three year coaching experience, including spotting belt and dryland development, and leadership role preferred. Applicant may begin as assistant coach, have gymnastics teaching responsibilities, and grow into Head Coach role.
