Ambulatory Nurse
- Facilitate safe and direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting
- Provide clinical leadership for the staff and serve as a role model
- Provide a full range of patient education to patients and their family members
- Assume relief charge duties as assigned under the direction of a designated supervisor
- Administer medications and perform routine treatments
- Identify and report/correct environmental conditions and/or situations that may put a patient at undue risk
Qualifications:
- Program graduate and nationally accredited nursing graduate
- Bachelors degree in nursing is preferred
- Current RN license in the state and CPR-BLS Certification is required
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy work
