The veterinary office manager is the administrative leader of an organization that provides veterinary care to equine animals.
Veterinary office managers manage the day-to-day operations of the office, to include but not limited to; overseeing staff, scheduling appointments, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Veterinary office managers coordinate with in-house veterinarians, when required.
Veterinary office managers supervise the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice.
This job includes arranging and scheduling appointments, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining scheduling records, maintaining customer records, handling customer complaints, and ordering supplies and inventory.

We’re looking for a Veterinary Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equine practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an office, be highly organized, and have excellent customer service skills.
