As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a knack for creativity to gain hands-on experience in the industry and help promote our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize high-quality phone camera to film the process of sauce making and create engaging content for our social media platforms and TikTok page.

• Assist in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

• Collaborate with the team to create content for our digital platforms, including website, and social media

• Manage and maintain our social media channels by posting regularly and interacting with our audience.

• Conduct outreach to influencers and potential brand ambassadors to expand our brand's reach.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to inquiries, organizing marketing materials, and tracking social media analytics.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Insight on social media and marketing trends
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Must have a high-quality phone camera for filming purposes.
• Previous experience in marketing or social media management is a plus, but not required.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 8-10 hours per week.
• Compensation commensurate with experience starting at $16 per hour .
