Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tattoo shop Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, store management, and a keen eye for detail. Extremely organized person needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the shop's operations
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and restocking of supplies
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interactions
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Oversee and manage online inquiries and sales.

- Client management, booking of consultations as well as appointments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of tattooing or willingness to learn about the industry
- Familiarity with first aid procedures
- Ability to sanitate work areas effectively
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service
- Approachable, yet professional.

- Current BloodBorn pathogen or ability to acquire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
