Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise of AP personnel, establish clear, achievable goals and objectives for the team.
- Maintain and reconcile the accounts payable ledger to validate charges and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Prepare and evaluate accounting reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement standard operating procedures to maintain accurate financial records and compliance with accounting policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billings and payments.
- Prepare manual inputting of check requests, expense reports, mileage, fund developmental department checks.
- Ensuring accuracy in processing invoices and meeting time limits.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related filed.
- 1-3 years of AP specialist experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, knowledge of Oracle Cloud / Fusion accounting software.
- 3-4 years of supervisory experience.
- Effective communication to relate and interact with of professionals at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
