North Central Texas Community Health Care Center Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Clerk I. This person must be able to verify insurance benefits accurately, estimate a patient’s cost at the time of service and explain insurance benefits to patients. Additional duties include processing refunds, engage with the patients about their bills, and prepare patient payment contracts. Forward thinking mindset to resolve outstanding Accounts Receivables in an amicable way is required. Attention to detail, time management and optimal customer service skills essential. Bilingual a plus. Competitive pay with benefits.
