Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the body shop
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues as needed
