Responsible for all aspects of Collision Center Management. Current sales average $350K / month. The successful candidate must be able to grow the shop by hiring technicians and reducing cycle times. Our shop has the physical capacity and immediate customer demand to produce over $500K in sales. We do not have a direct repair relationship with any insurance company. We are factory certified with all major OEM’s and our Repair Planners complete estimates utilizing manufacturer repair procedures. As a result, we do not compromise the quality and thoroughness of our repairs to meet KPI’s dictated by insurance companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily production meeting with repair planners and technicians
• Monitor repair work flow to prevent operational delays
• Recruit, interview and train body shop staff
• Maintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by upper management
• Review and evaluate sales performance
• Staff technical teams relative to production requirements
• Remain current on new products and changes to existing products
• Maintain department finances within parameters established by upper management
• Adhere to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Administer payroll for Body Shop staff in cooperation with payroll department.
• Enforce OSHA requirements, procedures and regulations
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Participate in operational planning
• Maintain the facility and equipment
