We have and exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Assistant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the Employee Relations Manager in the day-to-day administration of the Employee Relations Department within the Human Resources Department at Kura Sushi USA. The duties include, maintaining human resources related records, ensuring Company policies and regulations are administered, assisting with investigations, and administration/coordination of human resources - related programs.
This role is a hybrid role. The selected candidate must be able to come to the office in Irvine, CA on in office days and as needed to carry out necessary functions of the role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
PAY RANGE: $22.00 - $26.00/hr. DOE.
