We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead the deployment of the SAP S/4 business transformation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP deployment and a strong background in project management. This individual should be highly motivated, with exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and impactful environment.
Project Management: Execute assigned projects using organization's SAP business process implementation methodology.

Leadership and Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and actively participate in essential project phases, including Planning, Requirements, Design, Development, and Deployment.

Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and support overall budget management.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule large project meetings, including logistical planning and content preparation.

Project Calendar Management: Update and manage the project calendar.

Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding of new resources, including creating and maintaining an onboarding checklist and serving as the point of contact for onboarding inquiries.

Status Reporting: Manage project status and coordinate updates for regular status reports across deployment sites.

Budget Tracking: Manage and track budgets related to contracts with third parties.

Communication Support: Assist with deployment communications.

Risk and Issue Tracking: Monitor and track deployment risks and issues.

Metric Calculation: Calculate project metrics such as cost, expected benefits, and estimated time to completion.

Presentation Support: Support the creation of project presentations requiring collaboration among multiple stakeholders.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong, positive relationships with key project stakeholders.

Deliverable Tracking: Track the completion of deliverables for each project phase at each deployment site.

Documentation Maintenance: Maintain documentation on roles and responsibilities for project teams as phases commence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various functional areas and functions within the project to facilitate tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
10 years of overall IT experience
2 years of experience leading multiple projects of varying complexity and scope and direct leadership of teams
SAP S/4 Implementation Experience is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of ERP system implementation methodology and expected tasks within each phase of the project
Proficient in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet and/or Azure DevOps
Ability to assist in the communication of status in a proficient manner that articulates true status of the workstream
Experience in working with multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and coordinating with management and stakeholders
Understanding of the importance of follow up and documentation of results
Ability to drive abstract and complex project tasks in a way that the assists the project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, as this is a highly visible role in the project
Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations
Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing schedules, and multiple work plans
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
