Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and compassionate leader, enthusiastic about developing and supporting our employees, and committed to fostering a culture of accountability and servant leadership. The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring our company remains a great place to work.

HR managers roles & responsibility:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
• Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Oversee recruitment and hiring process
• Direct disciplinary procedures
• Process Payroll & coordinate benefits
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Conduct performance (through office leads) and salary reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM or PHR Certified (required)
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
