• Health Clinic Management Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Office Manager (clinical experience a plus).

The Patient Services Director begins as a part-time hourly position and should evolve to salary plus bonuses position with great compensation opportunities. The ideal Director will have the skills and diligence to grow the clinic's profitability while maintaining the clinic’s mission to improve the health and well-being of everyone who needs our services.

Duties:

• Quickly mastering full utilization of a third-party Office Management System which coordinates all scheduling, payment processing, patient data, patient financing, invoicing, billing, insurance processing and reporting.
• Clerical level accounting: QuickBooks entry, accounting reports, tax filings
• Interfacing with Patients and Prospects with dynamic enthusiasm and ensuring a tight, clean, efficient schedule.
• Acts as point person for all medical coding, billing, auditing, and liaison between third party payors, patients, practitioners’ insurances and insurance processors.
• Clerical level marketing: social media maintenance, medical and community health network communications.

Requirements:

• IT skills: keyboarding, telecom, mathematical and problem-solving skills, able to mail merge, create excel reports, troubleshoot beyond basic tech challenges.
• Interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain excellent professional demeaner, name/face recognition and ability to remember key details about people
• Excellent referrals. Professionals willing to testify that you’ve amply demonstrated the needed skills, knowledge and abilities. NOTE: ONLY APPLICANTS WITH REFERRALS WILL BE INTERVIEWED. • Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to rapidly produce high quality work in a consistent manner.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills. Must be polite and helpful at all times. Must demonstrate superior professionalism when dealing with Patients, Prospects, staff, and vendors.
