Responsible for performing independent quality checks and developing methods of measuring the quality and performance of the functional testing processes. Coordinates testing and evaluation activities that identify issues, trends and gaps in existing programs. Provides and independent assessment of the programs, policies and procedures tested and provides feedback to management. Creates the Quality Assurance (QA) testing strategy and documentation, while collaborating with the project teams to create the project test plan. Works with project and development teams on the testing timeline and schedule to ensure coordination across multiple groups. Evaluates the testing environment setup to ensure all requirements are met. Serves as a mentor to less experienced teammates and leads testing meetings and routines where appropriate.
This role is remote eligible.
Responsibilities:- Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in Salesforce environment (preferably Service cloud)
- 2 years of hands on Contact Center IVR/CRM experience
- Experience with APIs and API testing tools Postman, SOAP UI is a must
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Ability to provide accurate project estimates and timelines
- Excellent understanding of Software Quality Assurance Techniques and strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $100,636 to $149,309 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in Salesforce environment (preferably Service cloud)

- At least 3 years of functional/end to end, release/regression testing on the Five9 and Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on front and back-office web-based applications.

- Excellent understanding of Software Quality Assurance Techniques and strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
