Job Description
A rapidly expanding Oil & Gas company is seeking a Landman to oversee and manage all land-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn new skills, and has experience in the Permian Basin. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will improve operational efficiency through strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Salary Additional Benefits:

• $120,000-$140,000 Bonus

Location: Denver, CO
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for title and lease analysis, division of interests, wellbore underwriting, contract preparation, deal making, and other land related tasks.
• Work in the office and be an integral part of the Land team.
• Work well within the Land department as well as with the accounting, data, legal, engineering, and financial departments.
• Communicate with other companies via phone calls and emails that the company is engaged in business.

Requirements:

• 5 years Landman experience required
• Strong communication is necessary both in verbal and writing
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to adapt and learn new data systems
• Able to work well independently and also with others
