Job Title: Publishing Coordinator

Pay: $14.00-$15.86/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 12-Months | Potential To Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: ONSITE- FRANKLIN, TN

The Publishing Coordinator will be responsible for accurately inputting and verifying data related to both copyright and royalties.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Accurately input and verify song data in client's administration systems, adhering to global standards for timely registration of works at industry collection societies.
• Identify and correct data errors and anomalies to maintain high data quality standards.
• Research artist and release information for entry into the client database.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries about the client North American catalog.
• Assist clients with completing vendor and banking paperwork to facilitate payments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
• Investigate and resolve vendor issues related to missing or outdated information.
• Support various projects and adapt to changing business requirements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• Proficient in fast and accurate data entry with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to propose and implement solutions to day-to-day challenges within the role.
• Comfortable with basic mathematical operations and ratios.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data management and comparison.
• Quick learner capable of mastering multiple customized systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
• Adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and service levels.
