Our client, an Am Law 200 firm seeks an experienced patent attorney to join the Firm’s growing intellectual property team. This role will counsel clients on all aspects of intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent prosecution. Candidate should have 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Will work in-office in any of the firm's offices which include Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Charleston, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Columbia, Denver, Houston, Jackson, Jacksonville, Memphis, Mobile, Montgomery, Nashville, New Orleans, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Washington DC.
