What’s a typical day as an Electronic Assembly Lead? You’ll be:
• Assembling and testing electronic components, subassemblies, and products.
• Using hand tools to mount assembled components on chassis panels.
• Connecting component wires to circuits and wires between individual component leads.
• Installing finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
• Testing finished products for defects.
• Maintaining a clean and well-maintained workspace.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are proficient in soldering small parts and reading schematics.
• Have experience working with circuit boards.
• Are quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Possess excellent soldering skills.
• Are comfortable working with electronic test equipment.
• Have familiarity with surface mount PCB assembly equipment.

• Can follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Can discern the quality of parts and materials used in production.
