Role: Vendor Operations Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 12 Months

"Our engineers within CIC leverage a number of different tools, applications from third party providers to help them deliver on their everyday work. As the Program Manager for our Vendor Management program, you will help us design and build for scale to ensure the timely renewal of our vendor contracts and clear process for our engineers.

Duties:

• Support in the redesign of our vendor management program in order to optimize for speed and efficiency.
• Develop and implement vendor management and renewal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with the Engineers who are accountable for the successful renewal of these various vendors.
• Build and maintain various vendor tracking sheets and dashboards to ensure program accuracy.
• Produce and contribute to internal documentation that will help educate and inform our Engineers on how our vendor management program works.
• Support the vendor renewal process in Scout

"Skills:

• 5 years of experience managing vendors and renewals
• Highly proficient in G-Suites; expert in G-Sheets
• Proficient in Atlassian Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple cultures and time zones via verbal and written channels, including email, Slack, Zoom, and in-person
• Grace under pressure; comfortable with ambiguous situations and experience driving outcomes"
