Opens new accounts, refers, and cross-sells the company's products and services. Participates with branch management in maintaining a customer-focused environment and developing new ideas to increase business that will help achieve customer relationship objectives.

• Opens new accounts for bank products and services and expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling or referring products and services to the appropriate areas.
• Assists customers in person or by phone with Bank products and services to develop new business and to retain or expand existing business.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night deposits.
• Works with branch management to implement activities to ensure branch profit goals are achieved.
• Assists the branch management team in coaching and training the teller staff to help develop skills and achieve branch sales goals. Works with branch tellers on warm hand-off procedures.
• Assists branch personnel with operational duties and on teller line as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent;
• Prior Banking experience required;
• Ability to effectively utilize a computer and other standard office equipment;
• Skilled in effectively communication orally and in writing;
• Capable of performing basic math problems;
• Must maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor;
• Customer service and cash handling skills required.
