**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring students in various disciplines.

**Responsibilities:**

- Instruct students in our therapeutic riding lessons working with adults and children with physical and developmental disabilities.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

- Provide individualized attention to students to ensure understanding

- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback

**Skills:**

- Must be a confident rider with previous horse experience

- Certification as a PATH Certified Instructor is preferred but not required

- Educational background is preferred but not required

- Ability to effectively work with students of all ages

- Strong behavior management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Passion for teaching and fostering student growth

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.34 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
