Position Summary
The Program Planner/Schedulerwill be responsible for implementation of standard processes and tools for program planning on development programs for space products. This role will prepare, develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable on best practices and procedures that affect the IMS and be able to translate and apply these requirements on the programs they support. This position will work within a team environment consisting of program management, technical, production, and finance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
  • Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
  • Ensure major projects, program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material manufacturing, and quality.
  • Manage the information within the IMS, utilizing experience based skill sets and knowledge to develop, interpret and analyze the schedule/cost data.
  • Utilize Gantt, Critical Path, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
  • Support weekly and monthly reviews of IMS status and metrics.
  • Detailed analysis of the IMS to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Clear understanding the fundamentals of Planning, with Cost/Schedule Integration and Schedule Analysis.
  • Expert Microsoft Project user.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Experience with Critical Path management.
  • Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis.
  • Experience with Schedule Metric Analysis.
  • Experience working with DoD programs preferred
  • Experience scheduling for product development cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to make presentations to management.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required prolonged periods in stationary position at a desk entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00
However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
