Responsibilities:

• Support Purchasing Manager in supervision, monitoring, and coordination of functions Purchasing/SPO team
• Responsible for two Special Order direct reports; reviews, appraisals, objectives, etc
• Efficiently source, quote and enter all orders and quotes and initiate and maintain all steps from time of request through delivery to the Distribution Centers
• Ensure that SAP information for items and vendors are updated and this includes information such as costs/minimums/pack sizes/vendor information
• Run MRP reports and place purchase orders with vendors accordingly
• Monitor Alarm Lists and Backorder Reports as well as PO Generator and bring inventories to desired levels
• Lead role in reviewing all inventories and responsible for finding overstocks and imbalances in stocking levels and suggest solution

What You Will Bring:

• At least 3 years of purchasing experience
• Experience with SAP or other related CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Capable of analyzing complex business situations and can develop creative solutions
