- Minimum of years of 2 years of experience required.
Responsibilities:
A Day in the life of a Case Manager III:
The Case Manager III provides activities and services that assists adults diagnosed with substance use disorders or a co-occurring disorder to access needed psychiatric, medical, substance use, social, educational, vocational, and other supports necessary to meeting basic needs. Completes clinical documentation in accordance to mandated guidelines.
Requirements for the Case Manager III:
- Required: 2 years as a Case Manager in Mental Health
- Required: QMHP- A or Trainee
- Required: CPR or CPR Certifiable
- Required: Acceptable driving record
- Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
- Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner and have ability to multi-task with accuracy in a very busy environment
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Mental Health experience
- Preferred: Substance Use Experience
- $24.00 an hour
- Weekly Pay
- OFF WEEKENDS FOR THIS POSITION!
- Direct Deposit Pay
