Remote from Maplewood, Minnesota. With some travel required to San Antonio, TX on a quarterly basis.

TechHuman is seeking an IT Account Executive to join our internal team of Talent professionals. With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage current accounts, and work closely with the Talent Management team (not a full desk position). Requirements

• 2 years of Sales Lead/Management experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
• 4 years of Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Mgmt experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)
• 1 year of Technical Recruiting experience (agency preferred)
• Able to travel locally to client sites with the flexibility to attend after-hours networking events
• Customer relationship management, consultative, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivated
• Energetic, high sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellence
• Strong ‘whatever it takes' work ethic and ‘can-do’ personality
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
