Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an entry-level Engineer to work in the Tulsa, OK area for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Entry-level position for new graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• Hybrid Work Schedule – Monday and Tuesday are in office days.

 
Job Summary: Responsible to the assigned supervisor for performing entry level engineering work activities and projects requiring the application of engineering knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.
Job Tasks:

• Assist higher level engineers in handling well-defined portions of more complex problems and analyses.
• Coordinate work activities of others as required to resolve routine engineering tasks.
• Provide input to routine project planning documents related to scheduling and understands the use of scheduling techniques (CPM, PERT, flow charts, etc.) for budget and planning activities.
• Prepare cost estimates using established standards.
• Assist and participate in the preparation of reports and technical papers.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET.
• Strong communication skills.
