Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
- Complete vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Stay updated on the latest Land Rover technologies, procedures, and service bulletins.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and timelines.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold safety standards and practices in the workshop at all times.
- Previous experience as a Land Rover Technician or equivalent automotive technician role.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- Knowledge of Land Rover vehicles and their systems.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
