SummaryNortheast Shared Services is looking for an individual to join our team as a Consumer Affairs Representative. This role is responsible for communicating with customers to build lasting relationships and earn long-term loyalty. Manage incidents from inception to resolution. Escalates more complex issues to the Consumer Affairs Supervisor.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving product liability issues
- Answering calls from the Bonus Card hotline
- Organizational gift card duties
- Tops Markets website assistance
- Other various customer service related duties
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word & Excel)
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business training a plus
- 6-12 months customer service experience, preferably phone experience
