The Role
The AVP Portfolio Manager will be assigned to the Specialty Finance division and is primarily responsible for leading the underwriting and management of portfolio of credits with varying complexity. In addition to managing credit risk, the AVP Portfolio Manager will focus on excellent customer service to retain clients and find ways to grow the loan and deposit base of existing customer relationships. The Portfolio Manager will also work to train and mentor junior staff as appropriate. Core lending products include cash flow term loans, asset-based lines of credit, and recurring revenue revolvers primarily utilized by sponsor-backed businesses for acquisition financing, debt refinance, recapitalizations, and working capital support. Job location is flexible with the possibility of fully remote.

Experience Required
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree along with at least 3 years of experience. Qualified candidates with equivalent experience should apply.
